Bosma is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified. This certification recognizes exceptional standards across all of our operations, including customer care, leadership, process and initiatives for continual improvement. We also have an ISO Class 8 cleanroom to pack medical supplies. Additionally, we have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt on staff and over 40 employees who are Green Belt certified.

Authorized by the Javitz-Wagner O’Day Act, the AbilityOne Program employs over 45,000 people who are blind or have significant disabilities nationally. As an AbilityOne affiliated agency, Bosma employs over 100 people who are blind or visually impaired. This underserved population faces a 70% unemployment rate in the United States making the AbilityOne Program critical to creating jobs leading to financial independence.
