The need is great
The need is great – and growing – especially for the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions. We expect the demand for our services to increase significantly over the next three to four years. The pandemic has created additional obstacles for those experiencing blindness, including a higher unemployment rate.
Being unemployed not only has a devastating impact on individuals with vision loss but also on their ability to provide for their families and be productive members of society. Our programs and services are changing lives and providing hope. They are only possible through the generous support of corporate, foundation and individual donors, who provide grants, sponsorships and donations to the Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and Type 1 supporting organization. All donations go to programs and services for Hoosiers with vision loss. Funds donated to the Foundation may be tax-deductible. Speak with your tax preparer about all deductions.

$30 could buy tools like a handheld magnifier to allow people with low vision to read.

$50 could buy items like a white cane that allows a person the ability to move about their community safely.

BOSMA VISIONARY OPPORTUNITIES FOUNDATION GIVING CIRCLES
Our donors are vitally important to our mission, and we want to recognize your generosity. We have different levels of recognition based on your giving.
Circle of Friends - $500 - $999
Donors at the Friends level will be recognized in print and online formats, and they will receive a personalized tour.
Circle of Light - $1,000 - $2,499
Donors at the Light level will receive the benefits of the previous level, plus one hour of engagement in one of our impact areas.
Circle of Hope - $2,500 - $4,999
Donors at the Hope level will receive the benefits of the previous level. In addition, these donors will have access to the VIP entrance at special events and will enjoy preferred seating. These donors also will receive invitations to intimate gatherings with other investors in our mission.
Circle of Illumination - $5,000 - $9,999
Donors at the Illumination level will receive the benefits of all previous levels, plus an opportunity to experience one hour of instruction at the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions for the Blind in an area of their choice (while blindfolded, if desired). They also will have the opportunity to enjoy a private lunch or dinner with the executive director of the Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation and/or the CEO of Bosma.
Circle of Inspiration - $10,000 - $24,999
Donors at the Inspiration level will receive the benefits of all previous levels, plus the unique opportunity to participate in a custom-designed day at the Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions for the Blind. These donors will experience firsthand the classes offered to our clients as well as enjoy a private dinner with the executive director of the Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation and/or CEO of Bosma.
Circle of Leadership - $25,000+
Donors at the Leadership level will receive the benefits of all previous levels, plus the opportunity to spend an afternoon of recreational activity (golfing, wine tasting, etc.) with the CEO of Bosma.
