Battling for the Rights for People who are Blind
Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation supports Bosma’s battle to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion for people who are blind or visually impaired. We play a leading role in shaping policy to protect employment and improve accessibility and income security, among other critical issues.
We are at the table for every public policy battle impacting people experiencing vision loss, but we still have work to do. With the help of our advocates, we can succeed in fulfilling our vision of equality. You can join us in our mission.
Our advocates must:
- be at least 18 years old.
- make a twelve-month commitment to volunteer as an advocate.
- attend two hours of training initiating them into the advocacy program.
